Every decade, the number of centenarians doubles in the United States. At the turn of the century, we have about 80,000 American's over the age of 100. Most are healthier than people a generation younger. It is estimated that we will have close to a million centenarians in our country by the middle of the 21st century.

We feel that it is important to honor these citizens and to share some of their stories here on the Live Younger website.

If you are age 100 or older, or know a friend or relative that is, you can register in our online directory.

We will place the centenarian's first name and last initial along with their secret to longevity on the site.
